Reducing Workplace Stress for Young People by Building Career Management Skills - UNWIND

The UNWIND project’s key objective is to support young people to reduce their levels of stress and anxiety related to their careers, by building key career management skills and competences. Through the innovative learning resources that are being developed and piloted by participating organisations, UNWIND aims to support young people – including those in employment, seeking a career move or seeking a first job – to build key transversal skills that will allow them to plan their careers, retain their jobs and manage their workplace stress.
